Job Description:

Responsible for primary and secondary sale in Assigned Territory
Ideal candidate should have experience of managing distributors & appointing distributors based on relevant channel competency to achieve volume to reach organizational objectives
Follow through sales processes by applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies in order to grow sales
Participate in the sales planning exercise for assigned territory
Provide information about market trends, competitors sales practices
Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with IB LED Lighting
Support new products launches
Ensure timely submission of claims and clean balance confirmation with all distributors
Price and Scheme management
Collection of outstanding from account
Provide a/c planning for volume/value billing per customer to Area Manager
DSP / LAAS Management
DSP/LAAS Training
Maintain DSR
