Managing business and operational processes aiming at meeting the approved business results ad financial targets for Southern region of Ukraine;
Contributing into HSSE targets achievement;
Active leadership role in sales and operations department that ensures margin and market share growth;
Managing a team of site managers aiming at high sales performance


University degree;
Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office Power Point, Word, Excel);
Working proficiency in English and fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian;
Professional sales experience in B2B/B2C segments 3 years;
Knowledge of retail fuel market is an advantage;
Successful experience in managing sales teams;
Ability to lead and develop teams;
Ability to implement changes into organizations based on the clients feedback;
Good negotiations and presentation skills;
Valid driving license and driving experience of 2 years;
Readiness to travel throughout Ukraine up to 70 PERCENT of working time
