Job Description:

Purpose
To take care of after sales service requirement (Vehicle maintenance once it is sold to user) To track the new vehicle quality and report to factory in case of deviation To communicate the improvements done on new vehicle to dealer / ASC / CSP
Responsibilities
Establishment of ASC / CSPs / Parts retailer Network & activating
Implementing service systems & procedures in dealership including DMS
Monitoring Dealer service performance Free service redemption , Service Quality , Productivity & Service revenue
Measuring customer satisfaction & improving CSI
Monitoring customer satisfaction on product by conducting sample survey in market place
Monitoring customer satisfaction on dealer service by conducting sample survey in market place
Regular Audit on Service standards
Conduct beginners training for dealer technicians
Ensure trained manpower availability at dealerships & ASC s
On The job training to dealer Technicians
Assist the dealer in resolving Critical customers concerns
Regular & Quality feedback through PPFR Reports
Conduct service promotional activates
Carry out product improvements in existing customer vehicles through Refit activity
Monitor new vehicle installation and PDI Quality
Training the CSPs on product for creating product awareness and usage
Regular feedback on competitors products and activities
Ensure dealers sends claim on time and TVS - M settles claim on time
Creating product awareness in market place by conducting familiarization program to target audience
Ensure parts availability in dealership / ASC to service vehicles
Candidates must possess atleast a Polytechnic / Engineering / Secondary school / Higher sec school / equivalent
Atleast 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Level / ManagementJob role in
