The Role Responsibilities

Contribute to seamless management of high critical incidents and ensuring systematic communication to stakeholders by working closely with PSS Team
Manage SLAs with internal and external teams, as well as, 3rd party vendors
Manage and measure IT Services delivered to business stakeholders as per defined SLAs
Deliver regular reports as per Business and Managements expectation
Drive continuous service improvement to meet business needs
Help to identify, coordinate and implement initiatives and activities that will create efficiencies and optimise technical processing (SIP initiatives- system improvement plans)
Manage relationship and improve partnership with key business stakeholders and senior management, this includes COO, CIO, CTMs and Product Owner
Risk and issues escalation and management
Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and high performance
Ensure team members maintain high standard of professionalism in every aspect of their work
To communicate and be the focal point of dissemination of information from management to the team and vice versa
Participate in technology and business working committees

Our Ideal Candidate

Have at least 10 years of experience in supporting critical platforms at a Tier 1 Bank, with strong Banking domain skills
Have been involved in an IT systems integration project or understand the software development lifecycle
Proven experience in having driven stability across the technology platforms through Preventive, Proactive and Predictive monitoring capabilities
Very good knowledge of various technology platforms (which includes databases, OS and application servers such as Websphere, Oracle)
Good communication skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus
Good domain knowledge especially in Transaction Banking
Demonstrate balance of tactical & operational success within an IT applications landscape
