Job Description:

Key aspects of this role
Lead the team of system administrators

Point of contact for the team for any technical or process issues

Train the team on the technical aspects

Help and guide the team members in the tasks that they are not able to proceed

Make sure that all the tasks are performed with Quality and within the SLA

Conduct the technical trainings for the team

Attend the client calls and meetings such as CAB meetings

Investigate and attend the escalation calls

Document the procedures and prepare the Technical task documents (SOP)

Assist in defining and coordinating the team project activities

Ensure the team performance meets or exceeds the defined SLA

To be the right fit, youll need
10 years experience in Infrastructure support

Expert in core Linux and VMware skills

Understanding of OS level troubleshooting

Awareness of Storage concepts

Understanding of pro-active infrastructure monitoring

Awareness of ITIL processes

Should have done client coordination on daily basis and managing escalations

Its good to have
Experience in Configuration Management tool like Chef

Certification in ITIL foundation
