Air Products and Chemicals, Inc, a world-leading industrial gases company has an immediate opening for a Technology Enablement Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Air Products Shared Business Services (SBS) Team supports our customers, employees and vendors by providing transactional process expertise in enterprise master data and our end-to-end processes for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and import/export trade compliance The SBS team, through our 4S culture of Safety, Simplicity, Speed and Self-confidence, maintains compliance and governance controls while striving to make our processes faster, simpler and better

This position is responsible for AMEX Supplier Card monthly reconciliation of charges, disputed charge processing and supplier process support using technology enablement tools You will support the North America business and work closely with counterparts in South America, Europe and Asia You will assist with on-boarding suppliers to technology platforms consisting of the SAP Supplier Portal and Ariba as well as provide support for suppliers which streamlines the Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) process to achieve process automation goals

In addition, you will be responsible for

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) support including problem analysis
Acting as an SRM Power User
Developing and supporting SRM Catalog usage
Assisting with e-Connection activities with 3-5 technology suppliers
Regional support processes for process automation tools

Qualifications / Required Skills
Knowledge and use of SAP, particularly the Materials Management and Finance modules
Understanding of the RTP processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail oriented
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Access
