Position Summary

The Associate Support Contract Admin Representative serves as a primary point of contact for Citrix external and internal customers, end-users, and Citrix Partners and Distributors The Associate Support Contract Admin Representative handles all inbound requests from these sources and provides assistance in addressing these requests Inquiries can include but are not limited to, contract creation, modification and renewals, interaction with internal Sales teams, and customer account maintenance at varying levels of complexity

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

Creation/Renewal/Modifying of Technical Support Entitlements to enable tech support for End users and Partners within the designated SLA
Assist Sales, Customer Service, TRM or other internal Citrix team in updating technical contacts under Customer accounts
Sending TRM notification emails for New/Renewal add-ons
Monitor inbound work item channels for new items
Meet the Monthly/Quarterly KPI goals provided by the organization
Initiate required action and communicate

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

Effective Communication skills, verbal and written
The ability to demonstrate active listening skills
Proven Time Management skills
Ability to be customer focused
Ability to work within a team structure
Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

Bachelors Degree preferred
1-2 years experience working in contact center customer service/technical support experience in a fast paced, high volume, multi-tasked environment
Working knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services This includes meeting quality standards for service

Efficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce and SAP is an added advantage
