Job Description:

Leadership, development and management of the core Tech Support team

Taking ownership of the IT Support operation

Improving the delivery of Support services to meet the needs of the company

Maintaining the standards of an established and high performing team

Identifying problem areas and deficiencies while improving processes and implementing strategic solutions in time

Communicating with managers, senior staff and other departments to a high standard

Engage support team members in different regions to ensure processes are adopted globally

Developing people to provide value to their own careers as well as the company

Taking action to make sure the interests of the team are preserved and protected

Attend, participate and (where required) lead in departmental meetings

Be highly available and involved at a high level in the resolution of disaster recovery situations
