Job Description:

- Manage a team of 3-6 Support Engineers

- Be first point of escalation for customer issues, handle customer escalations to closure

- Strong background in Support Operations - define and monitor process for all areas of Support

- Build and monitor internal processes for customer hand off from implementation to support

- Mentor and Build team for growth, and off shore support for customers in Europe and Middle East

- Comfortable in working with Director / VP / CXO level customer contacts - escalations, contracts / SOW negotiations

- Background in IBM Order Management preferred, or any other enterprise application is mandatory

- Should also have working experience on Oracle or DB2, Awareness of SOAP API/REST, HTML/JSP/Dojo/Angular UI frameworks

- Experience in leading teams, working with cross functional teams internally and externally

Experience 5+ Years

- Qualification BE/B-TECH (Any Stream)

- Work Location Bangalore

Travel Occasional travel - About 40% of time with-in India
