Job Description:

Educational Qualifications Engineering Degree is a must (BTech/BE) preferably specialization in IT/ Computers

Key Responsibilities Should have good communication skills and respond to client/ customer in professional manner
Should be able to participate in calls with clients and discuss it with different team members
Respond to and resolve all customer inquiries (via phone, e-mail, and ticketing tool)
Communicate in a courteous and professional manner that inspires confidence in your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Should be able to document technical problems and decisions
Willing to work in rotational shift by 24*7 environment

Desired skills & Competencies Should have exposure working on Linux OS/Windows server
Should have exposure working with Oracle DB and SQL queries
Should have exposure working on mobile applications that uses Web services concepts
Exposure to using web service protocols SOAP Troubleshooting logs with XML applications
Should able to diagnose technical issues of in production environment and take necessary action to resolve the problem
Should have good in documentation and able to prepare the RCA of each incident
Should have hands on experience working on any of the ticketing tool (HelpDesk,Remedy,Rio)
Good analytical and problem solving skills
