Job Summary

- You will be part of our dynamic technical support team in Bangalore, India responsible to provide technical support for our outdoor security platforms The team is working in synergy with other support centers in Fremont, CA and Las Vegas, Nevada to make sure the most critical cases are handled 24x7

- We are seeking a well-rounded Technical Support Engineer who has a passion for working on IIoT platforms The right candidate for this position will have good communication as well as technical skills and will work hard to maximize customer satisfaction The ability to work with cross-functional teams in a rapidly growing environment is important

Responsibilities and Duties

- You will be responsible for providing technical assistance for V5 products to customers via phone, email, and other channels as appropriate

- Performs advanced problem analysis and isolates problems of moderate to high complexity using fundamental troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge to provide the best solution to our customers issues

- Contributes to the V5 knowledgebase in the form of new or updated technical articles/documents focused on issue resolution or prevention

Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills that span both business and technical audience

- Excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner

- The passion & ability to learn new things

- Be able to work in virtual teams comprising of members of cross-functional teams

- Participate in the conference calls to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Required Experience and Qualifications
