Looking for Technical/Sr Technical Support Engineers willing to work in rotational shifts

Notice Immediate-30 days only

Male candidates preferred

- Technicians must have the product knowledge and technical skills to understand network components and operating systems

- L1 Support

- 2+ Years of International Customer Call Handling - Inbound and Outbound (Preferable US / UK / Canada) - Mandate

- Hardware and Networking Knowledge

- Communication and Soft Skills

- Rotational Shift (24X7)

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues - (eg networking issues, peripheral issues, MS exchange servers etc)

- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload

- Knowledge of any ITIL Based Ticketing Tool
