Job Description:


Handling customer issues and resolves them within specified time limits using remote support applications
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved tickets to the appropriate internal teams
Search and identify solutions for software and hardware issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues , including installation and related configurations
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Follow up with users to ensure their applications are fully functional after troubleshooting
Required Qualification Skill Set 1+ years experience in Voice- Technical support(InternationalDomestic) Experience in handling remote support applications Excellent communication skills Male candidates are preferred Education BEBTechDiploma (EEEECECSEIT) or PG in computer science Should have cleared 10th 12th in first appearance Age less than 24 years ,
