Job Description:

- As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be required to understand client products as well as the ability to analyse and resolve live technical and integration issues

- Technical Support Engineers are responsible for providing services to client merchants, partners, developers, testers and support teammates

- Collaboration and adaptability are key components to this position as it requires building strong relationships across the organization

Responsibilities

- Work directly with client customers (developers, testers, vendors and merchants) and internal teams on production issues

- Troubleshoot and triage technical issues related to client code and services, connectivity, networking, AWS etc

- Assist with integration and configuration of APIs and products across multiple channels

- Support customer Onboarding and account configuration

- Participate in development and processes to improve productivity

Skills

- 3+ years of experience as a Tech Support Engineer

- Experience in Java, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, JQuery, Restful API etc will be an advantage

- Must have experience with NoSQL and non-relational databases

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work well in a challenging and fast-paced environment

- Self-starter, hustler and a desire to achieve greatness is a MUST

- Experience with mobile operating systems is a strong plus

- Understanding of payment processing and gateways is a plus

- Immediate joining preferred
