Technical Success Specialist Technical Support Trivandrum, Kerala


Infoblox is seeking a Technical Success Specialist (OFF Role) to join our Customer Success Team in Trivandrum This person will report to the Customer Success Manager Technical Success Specialist at Infoblox is responsible for driving the best Customer Experience possible by providing subject matter expertise on our SaaS platform The Technical Success Specialist will work collaboratively within the Customer Success organization, Engineering, Product and other cross-functional teams within Infoblox to implement BloxOne SaaS offerings The Technical Success Specialist will serve as a technical advisor to customers during implementation and on-boarding on the Infoblox platform As part of building our Customer Success organization, were looking for process-oriented people who have an intrinsic drive to be successful; who have a track record of being Customer Advocates in technical product environments; and who have SaaS understanding This is a unique opportunity to help shape and accelerate our growth and success

As a Technical Success Specialist, you will be partnering with Infoblox Sales and Customer Success Managers (CSMs)/Customer Success Specialists (CSSs) to assist with customer onboarding and solution rollout

Responsibilities include

Technical SMEs for the Customer Success team
Working with CSM/CSS to ensure customer recognize the full value of Infoblox SaaS products and services, generating positive adoption, ROI and growing lifetime value for Renewals
Maintaining visibility into product performance and monitor customer feedback
Becoming an expert on the Infoblox platform, including selection and implementation of the use cases best suited to fulfil customer goals and requirements from a Technical aspect
Prepare test cases and scenarios and perform testing of the technical solution
Review and document findings
Offer technical advice and recommend the strategy
Develop expertise in all SaaS products and solutions that Infoblox provides and be able to train and clearly explain the benefits and functionality of each solution
Recommend new and existing solutions, which involve enhancing application/systems functionality, features and defect repair
Be intuitive and inventive by providing solutions and workarounds for customers
Collaborate with the CSM on outreach strategy to increase customer engagement, and maintain high levels of customer retention
Work closely with Support Organization to identify break-fix issues, own these issues and help to see problems through to resolution working with the CSM/CSS
Product feedback to fuel customer success and Infobloxs growth by gathering trends and insights of customer behaviour to share with cross-functional teams

Your Experience and Skills Required

Recent experience in providing remote technical support, Customer Success, or Consulting experience, ideally from high tech or SaaS company, where you implemented these solutions
Strong customer service skills
Solid knowledge in TCP/IP, networking protocols, switches and routers
Ability to quickly analyze and respond to customer security threats
Knowledge of DNS and DHCP protocols and configuration
Experience with complex network analysis tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, etc
Unix/Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems
Knowledge of authentication protocols such as AD, RADIUS and LDAP
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast growth environment
Aptitude to quickly grasp current software functionality and third-party products in order to extend that functionality to meet new and evolving requirements
Experience leading technical track on projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong executive presentation skills to drive organizational alignment and buy-in
Outstanding listening skills to uncover potential areas of opportunity within an account
Support 24x7x365 organization, willingness to work on rotational shift and take up on-call responsibilities

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of network security management, firewalls and security protocols
Experience with mitigation of security threats at firewall level Knowledge of attack patterns and DNS specific attacks
PERL or other programming skills
Certifications CCNA, Security , CICA, CIST and/or CISSP
Security clearance a huge plus
