Role Description-

This role is for an ITOM Developer in Adaptive Management Services (AMS), CSC Bangalore

AMS is a managed services division and works with customer to implement a monitoring and service management solution, monitoring the Infrastructure, Network and Applications [L1], Operate and administer [L2] customer environments

Identified developer will work in areas of IT Operations Management, Service Management & Orchestration of Incident Remediation, Process & Workflow and Cloud Automation and will be part of AMS IT monitoring and Automation team

Essential Skillset-

Have a passion for Programming and problem solving

Prior working experience with any ITOM tools will be an added advantage
