Job Description:


As a Project Manager, you will be fully accountable for the planning, execution, and completion of all project activities, including the delegation of tasking, planning of the overall timeline and milestones, and delivering a project that is on-time and on-budget You should have a solid understanding of what needs to get done and the ability to plan for the required resources at the appropriate times over the life of the project

Youll be the main point of contact with clients on software implementations of our product Youll also be collaborating with Client Delivery Executives and Project Managers from our Bangalore office as well as Business Architects in addition to working alongside other teammates including our Business Analysts, Developers, and QA resources

Most importantly, youll be a key member of the larger organization who will enable you to speak your mind and facilitate your growth and success!

Core Responsibilities

Will be responsible for managing all project aspects from Planning to Go Live for medium to large product software implementations generally lasting eight (8) to eighteen (18) months
Monitor and report project status and other performance measurements weekly to key client and company stakeholders
Prepare management plans and reports; coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of deliverables, presentations, and formal Project Reviews
Maintain consistent communication with the client before, during and after each project
Responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to generate revenue to meet established revenue targets
Perform horizontal integration planning between core products and other functional systems
Develop work breakdown structures; prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing progress and opportunities
Actively participate in developing and maintaining PMO best practices, methodologies, templates, processes and policies

Experience, Skills & Qualifications


Bachelors degree in a relevant major
5 years of software implementation experience for external clients
Understanding of Iterative Waterfall methodology and the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for each client installation and the associated complexities and dependencies, including data migration, system integrations, and user testing
Experience with multi-year implementation projects
Familiarity working with remote teams, team members and clients
Ability to travel periodically at key checkpoints in various phases of the implementation
Ability to manage client expectations, articulate project goals and manage scope in accordance with company requirements and resource availability
Ability to identify resource requirements and manage team schedules across multiple projects in different phases of execution
Ability to inspire and motivate a team to accomplish goals by encouraging communication, resolving conflict and demonstrating leadership


Experience with software implementations in the Financial domain
Experience working with external-facing customers rather than only internal-facing projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, interacting effectively with project teams and clients, as well as being able to juggle the demands and scheduling needs of multiple clients at once
Familiarity with web technologies (NET, web services), server and operating environments, database and hardware terminology
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
