Oracles extensive enterprise customer base is looking for rock-solid cloud solutions that provide the same reliability and effectiveness that they have come to expect from Oracle We have passed the early stages of providing highly cost-effective compute, storage, & PaaS Cloud solutions to our customer base; and are rapidly growing our customer base and offerings

We are specifically looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with past exposure to Information Security, Operations, Development and Compliance to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Group You will be responsible for the development and implementation of compliance programs that will support the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure product offerings and the ability of customers to quickly and easily obtain compliance certification of their OCI environments

This role includes assisting the Director of the Compliance-as-a-Service team with the development and maintenance of several programs within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure group and extending out into the broader Oracle Enterprise Working with multiple teams within the organization, you will help drive the Compliance-as-a-Service mission and team Engagements are typically with other technical program managers, subject matter experts and team managers on projects in varying stages of the design, implementation, and release process This role includes reporting up and out to executives and senior management

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience

Bachelor Degree or equivalent
7 years related experience
5 years program management experience
Formal training in project management
Strong working knowledge of Cloud IT processes and Cloud IT infrastructure
Experience leading compliance initiatives, including SOC1/2, ISO27001, and FedRAMP
Proven ability to combine business acumen, technical acumen and process expertise to define client (internal/external) engagement and program execution
Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures; comfort working with senior and executive level management
Demonstrated ability to achieve results through cross-functional, virtual teams
Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules
Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)
Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently
Display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically
Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred
