Role Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

Looking for highly skilled, professional technical delivery manager to oversee and own the delivery of enterprise applications
Oversee all technical matters and guide multiple technology teams
Collaborate actively with clients/users, development team, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of all technical deliverables in an efficient and timely manner
Must have a successful track of working with multiple development teams on enterprise grade applications
Must be good at Java enterprise applications, cloud computing, database management systems, middleware technology, application security and performance optimization

Technical Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for collaboration and communication with various teams
Take rational decisions related to technology and take the team into confidence on all decisions
Provide guidance and insight to upper management and other stakeholders
Report progress, including the quality and corrective actions being taken
Contribute to solution, architectural, integration designs and establishment of requirements
Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor progress of projects
Deliver consistently, on time and budget
Oversee user testing and report resultsadjust requirements as needed
Work closely with project manager during all phases of development lifecycle
Review all work produced by development team
Define standards, schedules, and enforce the teams to follow
Ensure the code and artifacts produced meets the standards
Conduct regular status meetings with all necessary stakeholders
