Department Trading IT is responsible for front-to-back delivery of various applications that enable our Oil & Metals trading

Main Purpose

- Committed + Timely Delivery with min or zero escalation

- Effective Stakeholder management (Internal - Business & IT / External)

- Execute Strategic IT Program and is the single point of contact delivery partner for single or multiple sub-executions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Skillsets & Experience

- Several years of hands-on experience managing Program or bunch of parallel projects with low level execution understanding of technical area covering end-to-end IT Life Cycle

- 6 to 8 years Oracle In Premises Version Experience (EBS)

- 1 to 2 global implementation as Program manager / Sr project manager for Oracle Cloud Implementations

- Ability to work in global setup having multi country / multi-currency business use case

- Non India Passport (This is mandatory requirement based on global scope of the implementation)

- Added preferable with complex financial systems, logistics or complex systems integrations with multiple upstream / downstream applications

- Understanding core project management concept like Risk, Issue & Dependency in complex delivery is a MUST for any IT project as per SDLC

Competencies

- Understand IT delivery processes and operations (On/Off-boarding, vendor management, Billing, budget - forecasting and reporting)

- Strong oral and written communications with strong inter-personal skills to collaborate with vendor teams and global IT owners with attention to micro level details

- Must be acclimatized working and dealing with client managers / senior management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resourcing & effective planning / execution

- Team Leader with quality of effective / focus execution in global delivery work culture with vendor partner model

- Help implement a continuous learning culture within the vendor teams to build their capability the sub-system(s) he or he is leading

- Capable of working in groups as well as independently

- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

Key Responsibilities

- Global Program (Sunset) Manager to owner delivery of different cluster implementations of Oracle Fusion as per Trafigura prog view

- Priority 1 is - Replacement of Sun ERP with Oracle Fusion with respect to International RM

- Self-Motivated + Committed + Timely Delivery with min escalation

- Effective Stakeholder management (Internal - Business & IT / External)
