BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MS in Computer Science from a good or premier institute
Experience with product development and architecture of consumer software and enterprise applications
Should have a sound experience in Architecting & Designing
Should be able to drive any project from scratch
Experience with Core Java & J2EE technologies, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Web Services (SOAP / REST), ESB & XML
Should be proficient in using ORM as hibernate
Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Experience with Tomcat/JBoss, Apache HTTP Server
Experience in Web based technologies Javascript, HTML, AJAX, JQuery
Hands-on mindset - Architecture and Coding
Experience rewriting, refactoring, re-architecture and scaling applications
Must have a deep knowledge in any of the database like oracle, MySql etc
Ability to estimate and measure a projects velocity
