Job TitleTechBar LeadLocation Pune

You will be responsible for leading the TechBar service across multiple locations in your region The role holder will be a key person in managing the end user onsite support service for desktopThe role holder will manage a team of TechBar Concierge resources who will be the first port of call for customers seeking support They will be responsible for the end to end TechBar & onsite desktop support service, and will also work with the broader internal and external teams

The role holder will actively work with other parts of Colleague Support Services to ensure we always perform as per commitment This is an exciting period for Colleague Support Services and the diligent management of the service will be critical

What will you be doing


  • Operational Management day to day - TechBar locations in the US

  • Service and metrics performance management

  • Team Leadership leading a regional team

  • Vendor close relationship with 3rd party supplier

  • Customer service focus on providing world class support

What we re looking for

  • Experience in leading a team of support colleagues

  • Knowledge of the standard workplace technology offering and product set (hardware, operating systems, mobile devices etc) used within a large organization

  • Customer focused and ability to manage stakeholders at various levels across the organisation

  • Proven experience in leading on customer service within an enterprise environment

  • Demonstrate key skills in areas of management and expertise including communication, staff direction and motivation

  • Experience of creative problem solving, and the ability to take the initiative to find innovative solutions to customer needs

  • Ability to build and maintain close relationships both internally and externally to deliver the best service for our customer

  • Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with subordinates, colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally an influential communicator

  • In depth experience of service and relationship management processes and methods
