Job Description:

Responsible for the overall process assigned

Monitor closure  TATs for the cases created by the team

Identify areas of improvement in the process and report to the process Manager

Identify areas of process improvements for better customer service

Feedback to the team to take actions on cases

Reduction in repeat complaints by focusing on FTR by the team

Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customer through contact center, answer customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
