Job Description:

Responsibilities

Responsible for Onboarding and Implementation activities / milestones on Onboarding plans

Trains and helps direct Onboarding and Implementation Team Associates activities

Documents specifics around FundSuite build and any other standard tools or processes and helps train Financial Reporting team on them

Actively participate and provide feedback on any ArcReporting initiatives (builds , parallels , testing)

Responsible for periodically reviewing key automation or processes on one or several clients to ensure implementation and utilization under Officer and AVP direction

Researching and updating issues on existing builds in the ArcReporting application , submitted via internal inquiry management system

Vendor management and communication on open support tickets , ensuring solution and closure within client expected timeframe

Qualifications

BS / BA in Business , Accounting , Finance or equivalent experience preferred

5 years of experience in related accounting or finance field preferred

Demonstrates strong technology skills , as well as problem solving and analytical skills

Demonstrates an ability to be a leader within their team , as well as be a leader amongst your peers

Strong communication , interpersonal , and organizational skills , which includes excellent time management skills,
