Position Head Sales Modern/Offline Trade

Key Responsibilities

- Use existing relationships/hustle to achieve breakthroughs in key accounts (both nationally and regionally) relevant to the brand

- Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes and designing & implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility, engagement & recall

- Building & Managing the team, zone wise to manage key accounts

- Develop and monitor sales objectives on monthly/ quarterly and annual basis for the team

- Maintain relationships and establish a strong rapport with all the key accounts for ensuring overall pipeline & revenue growth

- Develop sales and marketing plans for Modern Trade and drive team for achievement and growth

- Ensure proper usage of the brand and promotional elements and measure effectiveness of consumer activations with the help of Marketing team for execution of the activations/ launch

- Maintain the organizations standards and guidelines with respect to Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the account

Qualification & Skills

- MBA from Tier 1 institute, with 4+ years of relevant experience managing Modern Trade & General Trade clients from Luxury/ Alco-Bev/ FMCG industry

- Strong leadership with creative, ingenious, problem-solving, and communication skills

- A roll up your sleeves attitude to get the work done - A strategist who also knows how to execute the same across channels and customers

- Highly collaborative - has a track record of partnering with teams across the organization and producing high levels of growth

- Ability to work with ambiguity and be able to build robust and scalable processes

- Is self-motivated and has the ability to work in fast- paced environment
