Role Program Manager - Sales Center of Excellence

Function Business Development/India Sales

What will you be doing?

- Design, develop and drive sales projects to improve business processes & practices related to customer experience, partner management and team efficiencies

- Review and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to unearth areas needing improvement across sales vertical

- Champion change and effectively manage implementation of new ideas or programs pertaining to sales & aligned with companys strategic goals

- Conceptualize and work towards building processes, systems and tools to improve teams ability to acquire & retain more customers

- Study and understand the dynamic business behaviour of partners/customers and propose initiatives to build efficiencies in customer engagement

- Liaise with the senior management of the companxy to get their buy-in on all the programs/initiatives being led by the CoE team

- Orchestrate program launches for internal and external teams through appropriate channels (documentation, training, workshop etc)

- Interact with internal and external stake holders to gauge the effectiveness of programs launched

Who are we looking for?

- MBA graduates (Any specialization)

- Candidate with 3 + years of experience working in projects/programs with focus on customer experience/customer engagement

- Experience in process design and delivery with proven ability in project execution and communication

- Extremely strong problem structuring and solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity

- Ability to interpret and map processes to data

- Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication skills (English)

- Good sales and negotiation skills

- Public speaking & customer orientation skills

- Analytical (Market, Segment, Businesses) & decision - making skills

- Self-motivated

- Quick learner and enthusiastic

- Extrovert and outgoing, gets along well with wide variety of people
