Role DGM - Partner Sales

Function Business Development/Sales

What will you be doing?

- Identify the automation business segment prospect base across various geographies of the country

- Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction and partner profitability - Study and understand the dynamic business behaviour of automation segment or the first-time users Study the IT consumption behaviour of such segment to understand overall IT usage, especially the software usage behaviour

- Coordinate with cross function teams to ensure effective inputs on product usage, new function requirement, customer acquisition and satisfaction efforts

- Understand behaviour of various types of influencers who influence the buying decision of business in this segment

- Create a prospect acquisition plan for automation segment with clear explicate ways to find customer, sell to customer and keep the customer happy

- Create processes, policies and programs for customer acquisition at scale, that can be easily adopted by diverse set of partners across the length and breadth of the country

- Create and oversee enablement program for TSPL and partner resources for easy and fast customer acquisition

- Create complete process document of each program for end-to-end clarity to all stake holders and consumption for their deliverables For example, acquisition plan to field resources, IT requirement to systems- team etc

- Act as an enabler for the implementation of various processes, policies and programs

- Introduce best practices of customer acquisition and satisfaction in the segment

- Plan partner conferences or meetings for effective flow of information on all aspects of sales to expansion segment

- Present the progress of the growth of the automation business segment group at relevant platforms

Who are we looking for?

- Candidate with 8 - 12 years of IT or telecom sales experience having acumen to understand business requirements of an SME

- Should have experience of building and managing scalable partner programs to drive adoption of Tally at scale

- Ability to analyse data to understand the market segmentation and factors impacting the business in the segments

- A Go-to Manager who engages with internal and external customers

- Should have good people and process managing skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Coaching and Mentoring skills

- Good communication skills (local and English)

- Good Knowledge of MS-office tools with expertise in Excel and Power point

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Willingness to travel
