Position Purpose & Summary

The primary responsibility of the Talent Specialist includes global responsibility for managing the current Performance Management system This includes providing data reporting, analysis and administration of related processes and systems This could include recommending and implementing process improvements in the areas supported

Analyze and approve changes to the process ensuring client experience is at forefront of decisions and anticipating upstream and downstream impacts within and across the Towers Identify additional opportunities and generate ideas for improvement in alignment with HCS and overall client experience vision

Overseeing the overall process, ensuring that it is delivered in time and according to the proper milestones, providing guidance on the outstanding issues

Process deployment due to big acquisitions, in non-covered countries/businesses or new global changes/ solutions deployment within the organization (project work)

Partnership with COE

Bringing forward changes in strategic directions and required modifications from global talent strategy standpoint considering external perspectives and global trends

In collaboration with the Develop Tower, design and develop new solutions (or significant process/policy modifications) process elements removal, modification for more than 50 PERCENT or introduction of the new element for the process (eg Mid-Year Performance Snapshot form simplification, 360, etc)

Principal Accountabilities

60 PERCENT - Process & System Management

Maintains global responsibility for managing the Performance Management system

Work with the GHRS Talent Performance Domain & Talent COE, HRIT, and others to manage this system by governing data, ensuring appropriate security, assisting with defining requirements and testing of enhancements, and escalating technical support issues

Assess and resolve system problems by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults with system listed above

Responsible for routine maintenance of systems/databases preparing for new cycles, archiving old data, etc

Process coordination and ensuring the consistency of its delivery across the regions when to launch which step, actions required before, during, after particular phase of the process, progress update, recommendations on the possible solutions, investigation of outstanding issues/ major incidents, their escalation Stakeholder management

Process continuous improvement simplification and ensuring that client experience is at the forefront of the decisions Deployment of new initiatives

Process implementation in Germany/Russia/ Tropical Palm Indonesia

25 PERCENT - Performance Management Inquiry Management

Responsible for all inquiries of the Performance Team, ensuring all system inquiries from participants and managers are addressed and concluded

Create and own the business continuity for the processes and current enterprise-wide reporting

Manage relationships with different groups including HRIT, Talent Performance Domain, Talent COE, HR partners and business leaders

This position may also provide work direction, mentoring, and training to other talent professionals, project team members, managers and/or employees

10 PERCENT - System and Data Governance

Provides data management subject matter expertise and acts as an end-user point of contact for oversight of physical and electronic records and data

Ensures system and process integrity related to employee data

Responsible for system data security coordination with vendor-managed systems as needed

Process documentation, communications and translations - process documentation update in case of process improvements/ enhancements (job aids, FAQ, portal, Process Maps, SOPs, development of new job aids if needed), develop and align communication re each step of the process using various channels (e-mail, Cargill Connects, Yammer), communicate about enhancements to HRJF, coordinate translation activities

Records management and Data reporting - ensure that data and records are kept according to the internal and external policies and requirements Monitor My Performance dashboards, making sure that they represent correct and relevant information

5 PERCENT - Miscellaneous

Identify issues and offer solutions related to process efficiency and overall global talent operational-related matters, as well as anticipate all possible business implications and consequences with respect to a particular course of action Provide mentoring and training to other talent process professionals

Other project/process roles as required

Participate as a team member on system projects as they arise

Service delivery model - Tier 1 and Tier 2 update/ communication before each cycle; ensure that services are delivered according to the model, all Tiers are trained, adjustments/refreshments if needed

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Skills

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree Associate Degree plus 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, technology or HR Information Systems

Strong PMO experience, Create Project proposals, supervise the implementation, including work plans and track progress
Minimum of 5 years in employee data management, performance systems and reporting work with demonstrated progressive responsibility

Strong communication skills verbal and written Strong oral communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate with various levels of management, employees and peers in person and via phone Written communication skills sufficient to support the outline, development, and final completion of policies, procedures, process manuals and memorandums

Cross-cultural stakeholder communication

Ability to handle highly confidential information

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member

Proven ability to learn and execute process technology

Relevant technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other technologies and applications as appropriate

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to drive for issue resolution

Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service

Knowledge of talent process systems, policies, procedures, and governance, including internal and external reporting requirements

Strong organizational skills, high degree of planning orientation, and attention to detail

Demonstrated in-depth understanding of policies and principles related to employee data and talent management

Preferred Qualifications

MBA in HR

Success Factors EC and Performance Management systems experience

Lotus Notes Experience

SAP Enterprise & OMPA system experience
