Job Title

Vice President, Talent Management, Community Engagement

Mastercards Global Talent and Community Engagement Team is responsible for using community engagement (pro bono/volunteering) to build and enhance employee skills so they can contribute to social impact and in turn, become well-rounded, purpose-driven leaders This role is part of newly organized team within HR dedicated to developing, retaining and attracting top talent through community engagement

Fresh ideas and insights to advance the Talent and Community Engagement strategy and vision for the future
The ability to build strong relationships at all levels and create alignment to business strategy and priorities
The desire to be a key player on a HR team in a newly created area within a high growth organization and industry

Talent Philanthropy create and lead Talent programs that enable our efforts to do well by doing good
identify and lead opportunities to enrich our Talent programs and learning curriculum with connections to philanthropic programs and partnerships
help design and recommend philanthropic opportunities to be embedded in our flagship leadership programs Executive Leadership Program (EVPs/SVPs); LeadershipNOW (VP HiPo leadership program); FLP (Director/Manager Hipo leadership program)
partner on the development plan for Graduate and MBA employees to embed philanthropy into their career journey
manage the current partnership with The World Food Progamme selection criteria, application process, mission responsibilities, etc liaising with the Strategic Growth team and the WFP
manage the current partnership with Accion selection criteria, application process, assignment opportunities, etc liaising with the Strategic Growth team and Accion
in partnership with the Center For Inclusive Growth execute on a team-based Global Pro Bono Program

Diversity & Inclusion create and implement Talent programs to support our organizational inclusion & diversity strategy in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent Management in partnership with the D&I office
responsible for the design and strategy of Relaunch Your Career, Mastercards Global Returnship program, globally Responsible for execution of North America (US & Canada) cohort (eg 16-week development journey, onboarding, liaising with recruiters, managers, HRBPs, etc)
design, plan and execute a womens development experience designed to amplify the voices of our top talent (Women Who Lead)
design, plan and execute a skills-based development initiative for women (Women on Boards)
manage our external relationships and selection of employees for inclusion efforts (eg 30 PERCENT club, NextWomen50, etc)
responsible for our first 16-year old, three-year apprenticeship program in NYC through CareerWise New York
serve as the relationship manager and point of contact with WiTNY on behalf of the Chief HR Officer partnering on winternships, curriculum, community/volunteer events, etc
