As part of the wider Americas Talent Attraction team, youll support all kinds of recruitment, from interns to experienced hires Its a chance to build your skills by working with Attraction teams in the region and the Sourcing and Attraction Center of Excellence (CoE) Together, youll develop and deliver our employer brand, content and channels, plus therell be the opportunity to bring your knowledge to recruitment event logistics

Success lies in coordinating with other teams to ensure best practice and delivery of our strategy, while promoting BP as a great place to work As an Advisor, youll touch a wide range of areas, from analytics and insight, to giving guidance on resourcing

About you

Degree-qualified (or equivalent), youll have worked in Talent Attraction or Recruitment Marketing, and assisted with events With this background, youll be ready to help the team plan, develop and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels Were looking for impactful social and digital media campaigns, so youll need to be digitally fluent with a creative but analytical approach Self-aware with integrity and good business acumen, youll help talent attraction bring value to the business
