As a part of Talent Acquisition, you should be able to attract Top Talent for the organization and

support the leadership team in meeting their aggressive growth plans You must know the game of

identifying suspects who convert to prospects, prospects who become candidates and candidates

who become hires You would be using a mix of in-house teams and recruitment partners to meet

the talent needs of the company

As HR Recruitment Specialist you will

Managing full-cycle recruiting process for the organizations current requirements ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

Interacting with Business Head to understand the perspectives of the role and role dimensions

Recording the role dimensions and preparing a Job Specification and Description after a consensus amongst the stakeholders

Mapping the market and competition for talent

Appointing and briefing Head Hunters where necessary

Benchmarking and identifying target companies

Strategizing different ways to build the talent pipeline and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns

Building a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement

Engaging and activating passive candidates

Planning and executing campus hiring events

Coordinating & Generating offer letters to hired candidates

Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate

Who you are

2-5 years of experience in an operational support role in human resources

Ability to and experience in overseeing multiple projects and prioritizing appropriately under pressure

Masters degree required in Business Administration, HR Management or related field preferred

Prior experience of managing employee relations

Strong skills within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Proven organizational, critical thinking and administrative skills with keen attention to detail and strong time-management

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail

Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize work

Self-starter with the ability to work independently, and as a collaborative member of a team

Strong interpersonal and employee service skills
