About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic HR professionals to help scale our 160 member team to 400 members during the course of this year and work with senior management to provide feedback for strategic and intelligent decision making You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for growing GuestHousers reach across the country

Key Responsibilities

Work in unison with business to establish concrete hiring targets
Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity and provide them with relevant market analysis and advice throughout the recruitment process
Perform resource-value analysis for the organization and anticipate future employment needs
Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through various sources/portals and execute efficient recruitment strategies to surface the best talent
Efficient in salary negotiations, offer letter generation, onboarding formalities and documentation

Skills Required

Bachelors degree in any stream
Solid full life cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
Sense of accuracy and attention to details
Keen interest in HR innovations and the regard to actualize these
Familiarity with on-line recruiting technology/tools
