Job Description:

What is the role like As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work with a team of seasoned talent scouts to identify and onboard A players for our expanding team across our multiple offices and functions
Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs
Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions
Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization
Manage end to end recruitment process
Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience
Create compelling offer proposals and manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless on-boarding
Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiatives & programs
Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research

Who should apply for this Role Bachelors/Masters degree with 4 -7 years of experience in volume hiring and recruitment for technology business
Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)
Experience in candidate assessment and management
Ability to build & analyze reports
Have strong candidate interviewing skills
Understanding of recruitment process & systems
Process oriented Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflows
