Purpose of the Job Responsible for complete recruitment life cycle for Hiring across levels The job requires efficient hiring with key focus on hiring metrics like TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition Vs Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire

Deliverables

- Complete recruitment life cycle management for all Hiring

- Validating manpower requisition in consultation with line and business HR

- Effective utilization of internal and external sources of recruitment like (HR Activ, IJPs, consultants, employee referrals, job sites, social media etc)

- Mapping applicants to the position on the basis of hiring guidelines laid down with due focus on quality

- Responsible for assessment and selection of the right talent by using relevant tools like competency based interviews, OPQ, Ability tests and the like

- Ensure that the candidate possesses the required skills set/behavioral competence and can be aligned to the organization culture via HR round of interview

- Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with head-hunters, line manager & candidates

- Managing effective and smooth on boarding of new hires in coordination with HR Activ team as per defined process to ensure their acclimatization to the organization for better engagement and stability

- Manage the entire cycle of campus recruitment program, Big break Liaison with campuses & get the best possible slots for process

- Proactively create talent pipeline for mass roles/critical roles

- Manage the entire internship program

- Work on value adding TA projects like Employer Branding, Referral Optimization, Campus connection etc

- Manage the flagship New Joined Induction program, Genesis for a strong start

- Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals (TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire, Gender diversity); analyzing hiring gaps and designing hiring guidelines to get desired quality and cost

- Periodic analysis and improvement of talent acquisition process via various short term & long term improvement projects like TA Manual, talent market share etc

- Maintain & Publish Key Recruitment KPIs & trackers like Open position tracker, ageing analysis etc

- Organize and drive effective training for line managers on MRF creation, selection process & usage of irec tool

- Result oriented Approach towards managing work assignments with a strong bias for action

- Ability to network and build strong professional relationships leveraging social platforms

- Strong Negotiation ability with a flair to sell an opportunity to a prospective candidate

Educational Level - Postgraduate/MBA (Full Time) from Top B Grade School

Working Experience - 5-7 years- experience in Recruitments

Preferred industry Telecom/FMCG
