What youll be doing

As Recruitment Business Partner, you will be in charge of

Understanding profiles and job descriptions
Sourcing ans pre-screening candidates on different channels ( Linkedin, Profession etc )
Support Hungarian and Spanish recruitment with sourcing and administrational activity using international tools and ATS
Building rapport and maximise candidate experience with professional communication
Managing stakeholders, daily contact with hiring managers
Assessing CVs and scheduling interviews
Conducting interviews, releasing offers to candidates, negotiating if needed and supporting the hiring decision
Update candidates on selection status, decisions and provide constructive feedback
Administrating your activity in BT Recruitment System and in additional Excel files if needed
Updating your manager regularly about your vacancies, deadlines, targets & challenges
Managing end to end recruitment cycle from planning strategy to reporting results to management

Ability to meet the customers needs in line with the business requirements
Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is an advantage
The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
Acting in advance of a future situation, eg making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

Professional skills

At least 2 year experience in recruitment field (sourcing and interviews)
Good stakeholder management skills is a must
Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word

Language skills

English on a fluent level is a must
Spanish on a fluent level is a must
Hungarian on a fluent level is a must
