Performs a wide range of recruitment and onboarding tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting skills, a high customer focus, excellent time management skills, and enjoy working in a fast paced team environment

Responsibilities

1 Provide staffing support to hiring managers and initiate service level agreements
2 Partner with hiring manager to identify roles in interview and selection process Consult with business partners to understand the external market for talent; current hiring trends, metrics and issues; and talent implications resulting from shifts within the industry
3 Source candidates, conduct prescreening interviews, participate in onsite interviews, etc
4 Develop and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
5 Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads
6 Responsible for completing all relevant background checks on newly hired employees including drug screens, criminal background, employment and credit checks Works with candidates to resolve any discrepancies and initiates adverse action process when necessary
7 Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
8 Prepare interview guides for each open position
9 Network through industry contacts, association memberships, and employees
10 Maintain candidate experience for both internal and external candidates
11 Formulate and recommend competitive compensation packages for selected candidates
12 Effectively negotiate employment offers
13 Build solid partnerships with vendors (such as recruiters, advertising agencies, pre-employment screen vendors, etc) and across Human Resources and Talent Management to ensure efficient and effective staffing process

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree required
1-3 years of successful recruitment experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
Prior experience with Applicant Tracking System preferred
Demonstrated listening, facilitation and communications skills
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Skills in database management and record keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Gather and analyze information skillfully
Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative
Results driven, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics
Proven project and process management orientation
