Job Description:

The System Support Engineers daily activities include but are not limited to Monitoring, ticket creation and escalation, Batch Job scheduling, Back-up scheduling and restores, Server maintenance, patching, Server and Application troubleshooting, project resource for builds and configuration as needed

Required Skills Preferred
Experience in Windows Server 2008/2012
Exposure to SUSE or Red Hat Linux
Experience in Single Sign-on solution, preferably OKTA
Experience with AWS and Azure cloud
Mobile Data Management, preferably MobileIron
Familiarity with Infrastructure and Application monitoring software (Solarwinds, Aternity, Dynatrace etc)

Required Experience Essential

5-7 years of previous experience in supporting Enterprise and Remote Data Centers

Solid experience in deploying and supporting Windows and Linux Servers, Active Directory and DNS, Virtualization, Managing SSL Certs, Single Sign-on solutions, Mobile Data Management

Good exposure to Cloud technologies

Understanding of basic networking including software and hardware load balancer and Remote Access VPNs

Understanding of troubleshooting processes, procedures and escalation
