Job Description:

This is an Inbound Technical Support Help desk and clients would be calling us on issues with the laptops, desktops, Outlook, VPN, Wireless, Wi-Fi, Software, Hardware issues and other technical issues

We as a Technical Support Engineer have to get to the root cause of the issue and try to resolve it on the call

You may also take the remote of the clients computers and then try resolving the issue

The areas where you need to have hands on are

*VPN and the issues with the VPN RSA Tokens*

*Wireless and the Wi-Fi Configuration* OR

*Typically provides technical support for Internal and External customers

*Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization

*Responsible for providing the first-line of after-sales telephone technical support of hardware, Operating Systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers and/or employees
