Job Description:

Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair technical issues remotely and onsite with diverse operating systems, software applications and peripherals
Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP
Desktop applications, including MS Office, VPN access, Adobe, etc
Microsoft Office 365 and Gmail suite
Backup software and Antivirus
Peripheral devices, including network printers, scanners, monitors & UPS devices
Wireless controllers and access points and network switches
Tablets and mobile devices
Day-to-day network administration of client servers and workstations including adding users, printers, installing applications, etc
Clear verbal and written communication with clients to provide technical and follow-up support related to key business applications
Troubleshoot and repair network issues, including internet connection, VPN tunnels and clients, firewalls, DNS and DHCP

Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a desktop or field service role
2-4 years of customer service experience in a technology company
Hands-on experience with Windows desktops
Experience with TCP/IP and networking skills
Excellent verbal and written client communication and customer service skills
Certified professional will be preferred

Education / Experience Should be graduate (Engineering or equivalent)
Strong sense of customer service
Good Communication skills
Should have exposure to technical support specific to application support
