Synertrade - Expert/Architect - 005IJS

Global implementation expertise of procurement systems
Synertrade - End to end implementation experience
Accountable for solution governance and solution validation for business needs
Guide business stakeholders on process compliance and fundamentals of solution design
On demand support for any support escalations at highest level of guidance
Accountable for solution adoption by business users
Accountable for integration with ERPs and other systems such as Analytics solutions
Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices
Guide and mentor the consulting project team during project
Drive business stakeholder participation in project design activities
Leading Deployment Workshops to help business achieve immediate value from their investment
Facilitating business process design and development that leverages Kinaxis capabilities
Resolving complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results
Working with our business stakeholders to develop a roadmap to solve multiple supply-chain problems leveraging the power of Synertrade
Provide high levels of customer service whenever the opportunity arises
Work with business partners to articulate the value of Synertrade and be able to discuss implementation methodology/approach

Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor of Engineering/Computer Science degree with 5 year of experience in business software consulting and/or procurement software
Strong understanding of Procure to Pay process

Previous experience with Synertrade implementation

Understanding of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment

Experience working with Synertrade for 5 plus years

Experience working with Indirect Procurement/P2P is required

Experience in configuring Synertrade Indirect Procurement P2P, writing Test scripts, participating in SIT, and assisting with UAT

Experience in P2P Indirect Procurement, Manage common Synertrade Admin tasks, Configure Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes, PO Transmission methods

Understanding requirements around requisitions, POs, Invoices, receipts and tolerances, Deploy best Synertrade practices Supplier Enablement, Punch outs & Catalogues, Contracts, PO cXML and Invoice transmission process

Ability to understand Integrations between Synertrade ERP and other systems
Experience in troubleshooting integration errors related to Suppliers, PO, OK2PAY Invoice files, ability to handle volume on a timely fashion

Specific knowledge/experience with Procure to Pay business processes/applications and knowledge/experience with Data stage integration

Competent to perform all assignments without close supervision

Fully knowledgeable system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, SIT, UAT and Change Manageme
