Job Description:

Areas of Responsibility-

Business Growth

- Drive demand in collaboration with central and local campaigns in line with hyper local behavior

- Analyze area wise growth levers and plan interventions for improving OPD & AOV figures

- Track competition activities and devise strategies to control business impact

- Execution of projects like Area Expansion, Category Expansion, Long Distance, Swiggy Select, Super users, etc to increase new users and repeat user statistics


- Plan quarterly marketing budgets in BTL/ATL (Below The Line / Above The Line) activities

- Ensure execution of BTL activities in strong/weak zones as per plan leading to increase in new users/repeat users basis data analysis of OPD, New users, repeat rates, etc

- Any activities planned at month level; sponsorships and activities to act on any trailing metrics along with proper documentation of all BTL activities along with ROI calculations

- Install trade collaterals at restaurant partners for brand visibility Maintain the budget tracker for marketing and keep updating details with ROI calculations

- Measure, track and analyse BTL performance on business metrics plan for future course of action

- Execution of on-app properties like Carousels, High priority slots, in line collections, push notifications and maximising utilisation of the same

- Area level/Session level campaigns and Product promotion campaigns Products like Super and Pop

Cross Functional coordination

- Coordinate with Sales team on key acquisitions, Trade discount parity and campaign participation

- Coordinate with the finance team for payouts to vendors, agencies, etc

- Collaborate with product team to highlight glitches and new feasible functionality

- Collaborate with marketing functions on execution of various campaigns

New Initiatives and Projects Planning

- New area expansion in synergy with Operations and Supply or Customer experience

- Building categories like Breakfast and Late Night to attain business objectives and track their progressPlanning in app and BTL interventions for the growth of initiatives like Swiggy Select, Super, Pop

- Tracking the performance of critical projects / initiatives and course correcting as required to achieve set business objectives Collaboration with newly initiated products to drive unique BTL

Desire Candidate-

1) 3+ years of total work experience

2) MBA in marketing or Masters in Mass communications/Advertising or the likes is a must

3) Strong language skills written and oral

4) Good with Data Analytics

5) Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in production and digital media will be helpful

6) Local Language- Telugu (preferable)
