be an integral part of NCRs Channel Services Platform product management team You will be responsible for the coordinated delivery of ongoing product releases while gathering market requirements for our feature roadmap Key responsibilities will include transforming customer requirements into feature requirements for our scrum teams Using Scaled Agile frameworks, as a Product Manager you will work with scrum teams to deliver software for the agile release train This role will report into the GM of Solutions Management for our Channel Services Platform Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

Aid in the development of the global platform vision

Develop & review product business cases in collaboration with senior product management staff

Work closely with and provide inputs to the overall enterprise & solution portfolio, GTM, pricing strategies, sales enablement, investment levels & end-of-life

Track revenue, gross margin and contribution margin targets and key performance metrics for the product

Own the feature and roadmap delivery for one of NCRs existing in-market products

Develop and prioritize product features based on inputs from the market and customer needs, while ensuring quarterly releases focus on those features/stories with maximum value and alignment to product strategy
Conduct market, competitive, and voice-of-the-customer analyses to determine product and feature requirements at the Product level
Ensure the product vision is aligned with the solution strategy of the corresponding Solution GM
Optimize feature delivery for product(s) and define and prioritize program backlog in support of the solution strategy, working with Product Owners who drive story level backlogs and release sprints based on your guidance and oversight
Lead prototyping, customer use case development, and product specifications development, and work with System Architects to facilitate architecture decisions, with guidance and input from Industry and Enterprise Architects
Define releases and program increments, and communicate with Engineering including Product Owners, Architects, and Agile teams
Develop feature acceptance criteria to meet Definition of Done
Develop product acceptance criteria and participate in validating the interoperability of the product within the overall solution

Successful candidates will have the following technical qualifications

2years in technology teams with some exposure to product management
Familiarity with software licensing and software pricing models
Familiar with Pragmatic Marketing Framework
Understanding of Multi-tenant cloud-based technology approaches
Understanding of full-stack SW development in an Enterprise Java environment with HTML5, JavaScript (with AngularJS or React), RESTful Web Services, Microservices architecture, virtualization (including containers), and deployments (Linux and container)
Experience with Scaled Agile (eg SAFe), Scrum, Lean quality, test automation, continuous delivery and DevOps
