Position Overview
The Sustainability & Foundation team supports customers to create positive impact with Autodesk solutions, and we are looking for a Sustainability Success Manager to join us

As our Sustainability Success Manager, you will be part of dynamic team that is helping customers, sales and partners to Win with Sustainability; driving adoption of Autodesk solutions to design and make things to be more sustainable

In this role-

You will be our lead connector with Autodesk sales functions in the Americas; equipping and supporting account teams, inside sales, consulting, and customer success functions to effectively position Autodesk solutions to help customers achieve sustainability goals
Your regional sales enablement strategy will extend to our channel partners and other communities to scale use of the Win with Sustainability framework
Your connection with Autodesk sales, channel, and communities will help inform Autodesk marketing functions with regionally specific insights to build market awareness of Autodesk technology for sustainability
You will create or inform creation of strategies to build customer confidence using Autodesk technology to design and make things in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
You will need to continuously learn about the technologies and practices we offer that address material and energy resource productivity, healthy and resilient cities, and workforce development and reskilling programs You will be a regional resource to identify compelling customer examples of these practices in action

Responsibilities

Define and execute a Win with Sustainability content and learning strategy for the region which integrates with other corporate sales mentionable, customer adoption, and market building programs
Grow regional capacity within technical sales, consulting, and channel partners to scale customer adoption of solutions Integrate with corporate programs and learning platforms to scale reach
Design Win with Sustainability sales collateral and tools that can be used by account teams and partners in a typical sales process
Identify regional customer examples of sustainable practices using Autodesk solutions for use in sales and marketing activities
Ensure availability and deployment of self-service training content to aid our customers with learning new sustainability related workflows
Collect and analyze data which qualitatively and quantitatively measures effectiveness of the Win with Sustainability framework
Interface with regional brand and industry marketing teams to jointly support events that contribute to your regional scaling strategy

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to reach and develop diverse audiences in support of one overarching objective
Ability to understand and position technical solutions
Ability to critically examine and measure individual and team results
Ability to create a strategy that prioritizes the best of many good ideas to maximize limited resources
Natural bias to design for the customer in all activities
Ability to navigate and achieve results in a complex, matrixed organization
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse team members around the globe
Ability to balance use of influence with independent action for lasting results
Continuous learner
Some travel will be required; approximately 1-2 weeks per quarter
Flexibility in meeting with people in different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in one of the industries served by Autodesk is a big plus; architecture, engineering, product design or manufacturing
Familiarity with sustainable development goals and practices
Advanced degree in a technical field related to above industry sectors or commensurate experience
Experience as a spokesperson, facilitator, presenter
