Swiggy is on a quest to bring convenience to over 100 Million Indians over the next 5 years The investment in Supr Daily is part of its core strategy to expand reach of consumer base as well as fulfilling the daily needs of a consumer leveraging the power of the milk railroad

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Director/Senior Director Growth with an entrepreneurial zeal ; fluent in full spectrum of customer acquisition and retention across all channels

- Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI

- Partner with Leadership and Design teams to customer acquisition plans and conceive, manage, analyze and optimize campaigns to drive customer growth in line with our growth strategy

- Build and lead the growth teams Pan India

- Curate city plans basis customer segmentation, customer type and customer needs

- Look at right channels to reduce Cost of Acquisition & Increase Efficiency in the the Sales Process

- Drive BTL as an agenda in cities for maximum out reach & market penetration

- Build Promotion & Incentive Plans for the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Relevant work experience of 8-10 years in B2C sales with a consumer internet stint

- Should have closely worked with vendors and partners wrt Offline & Brand Marketing for BTL campaigns

- Experience leading a growth team at fast growing consumer technology company

- Proven track record of taking up end to end ownership of brand marketing campaigns

- Deep understanding of customers journey and engagement concepts

- Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization

- MBA (Tier 1 Institutes) with effective communication skills

- Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally

- High ethical standards
