The purpose of this role is to provide technical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through SLA & Process Compliance
You will Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters

How well help you grow Act as the central communication point for Design, Maintain and communicate the service continuity plans
Communicate the business impact of major incidents
Assess the impact of changes to systems, applications and infrastructure to determine requirements
Prioritize major incidents based on business impact to the client
Enforce drop dead time to prevent outage outside of change window
Proven working relationships with support and delivery teams, management and liaise with support areas as required
Train and mentor other team members including Service Restoration Managers and Problem Managers in process and techniques used to manage major incidents
Providing updates / communication to senior management on the status of P1, P2 incidents
Need to involve in solution testing, debugging, and refinements to produce the required end-product
Participate in daily Operations meetings provided there are no P1 incidents running
Provide assistance with identifying problem management trends

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
9 years of experience in AHS environment
Hands on SME experience with Weblogic & Jboss install, deploy and administration in large scale infrastructures
Proven experience in Weblogic V12 & JbossV6 migration and upgrades
Good exposure with Webservers like Sunone, OHS, Jboss Cluster services
Exposure with scripting skills like Shell & Python
Ansible knowledge would be an added advantage
Proven communication skills is Must
Must be willing to work in 24x7 Shifts
Knowledge of application dependency mapping and business service management
Analyze and research options for interfaces with exiting external systems
Use Blocking issue matrix appropriately to get appropriate level of focus from technical teams and management

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Working experience in high availability environment
Alignment to process (ITIL)
