Ability to comfortably work with analytics, interpreting data, creating basic models, and devising strategies based on data and insights
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally
Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues with partners

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, youll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment Youre comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will help us grow content on YouTube by building partnerships with YouTube content providers ranging, from traditional media to creators and enterprise partners In this role, youll grow existing partnerships to make sure they can take full advantage of YouTubes offerings Youll contribute excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to identify win-win opportunities with partners in order to best represent our users, products, and programs Youll apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment

In this role, you will support strategy and business development for TV/Film on YouTube as we shape and grow YouTubes partnerships with some of our biggest traditional media partners (eg, studios, broadcasters, productions companies) in the region Additionally, you will manage regional video on demand (TVOD) partners and manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting partner queries, and creating periodic updates (external and internal) on partner performance Finally, you will work cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, ensuring our partners are positioned for success and our users enjoy the best experience possible
