Role Store Manager
Reporting Relationship Would be directly reporting to Area Operations Manager
Key responsibilities
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction Always putting the customers needs first thereby driving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of the respective store Greeting customers immediately when they enter store and coaching the team to do the same Enthusiastically conveying a commitment towards providing unsurpassed Customer Service and ensuring that Lenskart associates are also abiding by keeping Customer Satisfaction as the primary objective for all our stores Exploring the underlying reasons for recurring customer problems and also going the extra mile to find the solutions for the same Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints at store level Striving to have long lasting and fruitful relationships with each of our customers Sales Performance Driving the sales of the assigned stores to meet there monthly/ quarterly and annual targets Driving the culture of high sales performance expectations, ie SALES Leadership Motivating and inspiring field team to drive for results Review financial performance at regional level to identify improvement opportunities Serve as critical strategy planning link between Corporate and the field organization Translate corporate goals including financial returns, sales growth and market share, into business plans Assess field capability and establish performance priorities at group level P&L Responsibility and Maintaining Standard of Performance Responsible for managing and maintaining store budgets and costs thereby driving planned store Providing effective on-the-job training and guidance to team members making use of company training modules Delivering clear, motivating and constructive feedback in a timely manner to all retail associates including Optometrists and Sales Executives at the store Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues Working in tandem with the L&D Dept in assessing the training needs of every individual working in the store and giving and scheduling respective trainings Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues; Manpower Planning Ensuring staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the store Assisting in recruiting and selecting high caliber staff Scheduling the teams shift timings to meet the stores business needs and demands
Inventory Management Ensures availability of required merchandise and services Managing inventory levels and making key decisions about inventory control Conducting physical verification of inventory on regular intervals Ensuring the staff at store level has basic understanding of POS System to ensure transactions are,
