The Customer Experience (CX) Cloud Pre-Sales Consultant has 3-4 years presales experience, has the ability to gain client confidence by being a trusted technical advisor to Upmarket Financial Services clients The ideal candidate will use their Financial Services industry knowledge, thought leadership skill set and their Oracle Cloud CX product knowledge, in consort with the Oracle Direct Sales Teams, to facilitate presales activities These activities include presenting transformational solutions to our clients in order to eliminate pain points and, in turn, bolstering their business objectives with value messaging

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Presales Activities for Oracle CX product sales cycles

Possess a good understanding of the customer experience life cycle

Possess experience working with enterprise Financial Services Clients

Have a Presentation excellence skillset

o Have the ability to construct credible and interesting value messaging by using benchmarks and industry evidence to leverage and create a persuasive point of view in order to educate clients and, in turn, close the gap between the opportunity and the sale

As a CX Cloud Sales Consultant you will become an expert, who is responsible for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective customers while ensuring customer satisfaction

Our team leverages expertise and knowledge from all our team members This role provides you the opportunity to act as a technical resource to Oracle clients and to fully utilize the value you bring to the team As such, we require

Strong focus on building both internal and external business relationships

Focus on large, complex sales opportunities that need creative assessments and complex solutions

Develop and deliver outstanding Oracle CX presentations and demonstrations to Upmarket clients in the Financial Services Industry

Lead all aspects of the presales technical sales process

Advise internal and external clients by creating industry specific solutions which drive efficiencies and long-term business transformation

Ability to travel as needed (up to 50 PERCENT of the time)

Hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent is required, advanced Graduate degree highly desirable in a science or technical field

3-4 Years of experience in the CX marketplace in a presales position

The Staff Presales CX Consultant will take the lead as a CX content contributor, individually and as a part of the Financial Services Industry team, which enables the sales team to present effective technical information to the clients The team charter is to work on non-routine and very complex presales efforts Therefore, the consultant will have to ability to

Apply advanced technical/business skills in Customer Experience

Use their educational equivalent, and/or experience in technical sales, presales, and/or solution engineering/consulting experience

Use their educational equivalent, and/or presales experience in relevant information technology, cloud-based applications, and financial services technologies/solutions

Assess, design and develop solutions with complex/advanced product features

Apply their in-depth knowledge of system and application design to presales activities

Have in-depth knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS competitors and current events related to the Financial Services Industry in order to field questions about the competition and questions about the current driving forces of Financial Services solutions

Demonstrate project management skills to drive and re-calibrate presales activities, when necessary

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to conduct needs analysis, positioning, business justifications and closing techniques

Persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication
