Provide Hardware support to users
Contribute to the success of the development of Organisation

Eligibility Criteria

Successful leadership with an infrastructure team
Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study with a network
engineering focus
3-4 years of IT experience with full life cycle ICT project experience
Skill Set
Sound knowledge of various operating systems
Good knowledge of all the hardware devices and their management
Sound knowledge of Network management

Responisiilites

Awareness on Firewall, Disaster Recovery, Landscape plannings
Skills on Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
Networking skills on VPN, File Servers Management, Media Servers
Experience in managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs,VPNs etc
Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active
Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization, Business Continuit, Disaster Recovery
Experience in interpreting the applicability of local and federal laws/regulations (including data privacy practices and laws) to company operations
Knowledge and understanding of system flow charts, data processing concepts, and telecommunications principles
Experience installing network cabling, EPABX and telephony systems
Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing
environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations
Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications
Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made
Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers
Planning and Directing the work, Monitoring the work
Create or Update Policies as and when necessary in the organization
Work as per SLAs Defined
