Job Description We have a terrific position available for an innovative, inspired problem solver to develop high-quality apps on Android devices for Birst, an Infor company As a member of our engineering team you will have the opportunity to build Android applications used by multi-billion dollar customers of Infor around the world You will get the chance to take on complex and interesting problems as part of a fast-paced and highly collaborative team

Qualifications You should have a deep understanding of quality Java and Android application development and associated technologies As a member of our highly motivated team you should be dedicated to excellence and have a strong sense of personal responsibility You place a high value on automated and unit testing and have experience with test frameworks such as JUNit, MonkeyRunner and Robolectric

Minimum 4 years professional experience, with at least 2 years developing mobile applications for Android
Expert knowledge of developing, testing and debugging mobile applications using Android/Java
Experience with Android SDK and Android UI design
At least 1 year of experience in writing unit tests on Android
Experience developing object-oriented code in Java
Knowledge of MVC design patterns, development best practices and dedication for creating high-quality software
Familiarity with developing RESTful applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor degree or better in Computer Science or a related field

Plus Requirements Experience building mobile applications that utilize web-services (either HTTP based, SAML, JSON or other services)
Consumer mobile application development experience
Experience with Agile software development
Published Android App on Google Play Store with 10000 downloads
